The contest concerns entry into a framework agreement for assistance from a consulting engineer for building physics ('RIByfy') on the contracting authority's projects.
The contracting authority's projects vary in nature, size, cost, duration and degree of difficulty, and require resources and a team with overall competence.
A framework agreement shall be signed with up to 5 tenderers of building physics consultancy services.
Each tenderer in the contest is to attach documentation for 3 consultants within RIB, cf. 5.2.2 below.
The aim of the Framework Agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority has access throughout the entire contract period to assistance from consulting engineers within RIByfy with relevant competence to cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing need for RIByfy services.
The framework agreement is intended to cover preparatory work, engineering design and other consultancy assignments, including independent inspection assignments. The assignments may also cover engineering design group management and possible coordination assignments for other consultants on relevant assignments. The contracting authority's projects vary in nature, size, cost, duration and degree of difficulty, and require resources and a team with overall competence. Unless otherwise agreed for a given assignment, assignments must be carried out in accordance with the attached guide from the Association of Consulting Engineers [Rådgivende Ingeniørers Forening] (Appendix 01_00).
