The service phases 5-9 of the engineering structures service profile are now awarded in accordance with § 43 para. 1 HOAI in conjunction with Anl. 12 No. 12.1 in accordance with Part 3 Section 3 HOAI 2021. In addition, the special services of local construction supervision, construction control surveying and preparation of inventory plans as well as participation in financing (cf. Section 11 of the ZVB-ing). A separate performance profile for transport facilities is not commissioned, but the restoration of roads is included in the scope of the order.

The replacement relocation for the damage-prone drinking water transport and main supply lines in the Pyras-Mindorf-Sindersdorf supply area began as early as 2018. In addition, renovation work was carried out in the eastern service area from the district of Weinsfeld to the outskirts of Lay.

In addition to the drinking water transport pipeline, the local network lines, which are located in the road area of the main road, are now to be carried out in the local area of Lay together with renovation and renewal measures on the local sewer system for economic aspects. The individual required partial construction measures are comprehensively presented in the design planning attached to the procurement documents. The present draft planning is to be continued. Funding according to RZWAS is granted.

The outline schedule set out in the Explanatory Report under 10.2 in the draft planning is now outdated. The overall measure is now scheduled to be completed by mid-2024.

The cost of the construction project is just under EUR 2.3 million net. The cost calculation is also attached to the award documents. The remuneration is granted as a lump sum. The basic services are also to be offered as a lump sum; any conversion surcharge has to be taken into account.
