1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of gaseous fuel by the Contracting Authority with a total estimated volume of 6,057,220 kWh (+/- 15%) during the delivery period, i.e. from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, of which 6,002,660 kWh will be settled on the basis of prices resulting from the Act of 26 January 2022 on special solutions for the protection of gas fuel consumers in connection with the situation on the gas market (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 202) if the bid price submitted by the Contractor is higher than the prices resulting from the above-mentioned Act

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive purchase of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E with a total estimated volume of 6,057,220 kWh in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 to the following organizational units, which will conclude separate agreements:

3. Vocational Training Centre in Bażanowice

4. Children's Home in Cieszyn

5. Children's Home in Dzięgielów

6. Children's Home in Międzyświecie

7. Nicolaus Copernicus High School No. 2 in Cieszyn

8. District Nursing Home "Pogodna Jesień" in Cieszyn

9. Feniks District Nursing Home in Skoczów

10. District Social Welfare Home in Pogórze

11. District Office in Cieszyn

12. School Youth Hostel "Granit"

13. Cieszyn Land Motherland Complex of Economics and Gastronomy in Cieszyn

14. W. Reymont Catering and Hotel School Complex in Wisła

15. P. Stalmach High School Complex
