0158.20-VGV Specialist Planning TGA “Growing Elementary School Josef-Guggenmos in Enkenbach-Alsenborn”

Technical planning TGA according to §53 HOAI 2021, plant groups AWG, heat, air, starkstr., inform. -techn. systems, elevator, building automation, (plant groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8) LPH 1-3, 5-9 for the extension of Josef Guggenmos primary school; NUF 1-6 (HNF) approx. 472 m².

The total project costs in accordance with DIN 276 amount to approximately 1,650 million gross.

Specialist planner service TGA (plant groups 1, 2 ,3 ,5, 6, 8) according to HOAI § 53 ff, service phases 1-8

The association community of Enkenbach-Alsenborn intends to expand the primary school in Enkenbach-Alsenborn.

The school currently consists of the following buildings:

Construction A: main building 3-storey, built around 1965.

Bau B: gym and gymnastics hall built around 1965.

Construction C: annex building, built around 1965 with extension in 2000.

Container-built interim building in the schoolyard, an increase planned for summer 2021.

Service description:

Planning services are requested for the complete creation of the extension (HOAI service phases 1-8).

It is planned to carry out this at the main building, and the appropriate location must be determined during the planning.

If possible, the extension of the canteen should take place into the open space at its current location.

Accessibility:

The main building A does not currently have an elevator. As part of the extension, accessibility for building A and extension is to be established. The sports hall should also be barrier-free via the lift.

Fire safety /2. ensure structural escape route:

In the course of the expansion and the associated overplanning of the room concept, the escape and escape routes will be revised in main building A. The use/accessibility of the existing two existing staffhouses is to be optimised.

Room program:

A comparison of the room program must be carried out in the context of the basic material determination based on the present target/actual comparison.

Optimization of the room program through partial conversion of existing rooms in existing buildings must be included in the considerations.

The predetermined 470 sqm HNF can be understood as a guideline figure that can still change.

Information on ongoing internal construction work:

- Production of the 2nd structural escape route and barrier-free access for the gymnastics and gymnastics hall via an outdoor ramp.

- Infrastructure cabling
