Work on the creation of sports fields and equipment, construction of a locker room building as part of phase 1 of the construction work of a sports center. The Operation is not broken down into slices. The works are divided into 17 lots (separate contracts). All lots were previously awarded. As the holder of lot 13 (false ceilings) is in default, only this lot is the subject of this public call for tenders. The overall time for completion of all work is 16 months, including the preparation period (2 months). The start of the work is fixed by order of service. The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders (Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code).
