The Bundesinnungskrankenkasse Gesundheit (Federal Guild Health Insurance Fund) – or BIG direkt gesund for short – is Germany's first statutory direct health insurance fund and is open nationwide. BIG was founded in 1996 by the Federal Guild of Hearing Aid Acousticians. BIG currently serves around 514,000 policyholders throughout Germany (as of December 2022). Like all statutory health insurance companies, BIG is a corporation under public law. More than 960 employees work at the head office in Dortmund, the legal headquarters in Berlin and the customer centres. As an IKK regional association, BIG also represents the interests of the insured persons of the guild health insurance funds in Berlin. Within this framework, it performs numerous tasks of representing interested parties, either alone or together with the associations of the local, substitute and company health insurance funds.
In order to qualify and further train its employees with a concept on the subject of Requirements Engineering (RE)/IT Business Analysis in a sustainable and practical manner, BIG direkt gesund advertises the service "Sustainable and Practical Training Concept and Training RE/IT Business Analysis". We are looking for a competent service provider with extensive experience in the provision of training and coaching services on the subject of RE/IT business analysis. The focus is on a training concept that conveys the basic qualification as well as in-depth knowledge in a sustainable and practical way. Furthermore, this concept is intended to serve as a starting point for a standardized RE/IT business analysis at BIG.
The service will initially be provided for a period of 1 year. Optionally, BIG direkt gesund reserves the right to extend the service 3 times by 1 year each if the cooperation is successful. The contract starts on 01.10.2023.
