Object of these deliveries: supply of maintenance materials.

Explanation: Scholengroep Fluxus is the umbrella organization of the GO! Schools in the Turnhout - Mol - Geel - Herentals - Lier - Mortsel region and of the GO! CLB for this region.

In more than sixty schools, it offers more than 15,000 students / course participants a range of courses (primary schools, secondary schools, CVOs and the nurseries of vzw Dol-Fijn and vzw Klavertje 4).

In the context of housekeeping, the school group wishes to appoint a supplier for the supply of maintenance materials.

The materials are intended for cleaning staff (about 200) who are responsible for the daily maintenance of the buildings.

The volume (turnover) of this contract is estimated at EUR 300,000 (including VAT).

The duration of the assignment is 48 months. Start date of services: 1.9.2020. Planned end date of the services: 31.8.2023.

The agreement can be canceled annually by both parties by registered letter, subject to a notice period of six months. In this case, the cancellation must be made before 1 March of the relevant year. Provided timely cancellation by registered letter, the party that is canceled is not entitled to any compensation or cancellation compensation.

Delivery place: central warehouse and all schools and campuses of the Fluxus school group and all nurseries of the non-profit organization Dol-Fijn and the non-profit association Klavertje 4.
