The procurement is a co-operation between Oppegård, Frogn, Nesodden, Vestby and Ås municipalities. An agreement shall be entered into for the purchase of household water meters that shall be used in the five listed municipalities. Each municipality will be responsible for own part of the agreement. The objective of the procurement is that the municipalities shall replace a large number of their water meters, and thereby upgrade to electronic water meters.
