The services to be carried out concern the inspection by 2 FTE parking attendants on:

- compliance with the parking time restrictions on public roads and/or publicly accessible areas where the fee regulations relating to on-street parking apply;

- as well as other observations on public roads adjacent to the parking control (e.g. control signage, counts of taking parking spaces,...).

The working area of these checks concerns the territory of the City of Sint-Truiden with a total of approximately 3,000 parking spaces to be checked. This number is variable in time.

These services fall under the qualification of art. 3, 10° of the Law of 2 October 2017 regulating private and special security. This assignment includes one plot. The contract is further described under Chapter 3 Technical provisions.
