Main Contractor led Construction Team for the Refurbishment of Omagh Leisure Complex phase iv.

The Phase IV project entails refurbishment and new extension including:

Refurbishment and upgrade of existing Minor Hall.

Demolition of substantial areas of the current building and de-commissioning of all related plant and services.

Construction of new pool hall to include spectator area, new main pool, learners pool and childrens pool.

Construction of new wet changing village including enhanced disabled and family facilities, health suite and ancillary services.

Construction of new outdoor changing.

Construction of new plant rooms ensuring connectivity to remaining relevant services.

Enhancement of connectivity, user movement throughout the building.

Enhancement of general building fabric.

Enhancement of energy management/services.

Enhancements required to comply with all statutory obligations.

Reconfiguration of internal office accommodation.

Full services integration between old and new parts of building.
