Framework agreement for the procurement of Yubikey.

The aim of this framework agreement is to ensure that the contracting authority has the option to procure authentication chips that are certified for the Buypass system as and when the system is rolled out in the municipality. There are currently a limited number of different authentication chips that are certified for use in the highest security level with the Buypass system. However, the contracting authority has reason to believe that several chips will be certified at a later date and would therefore like to use this framework agreement to ensure that the ROR-IKT can use equivalent authentication chips as and when they are certified for use.
