Hadsel kommune [Hadsel Municipality], hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for entry into a framework agreement for purchase of electricity.

The stipulated power volume for Hadsel Municipality is approx. 12 GWh per year divided across 194 facilities.

The consumption indication is only a guideline and does not obligate the contracting authority. The contract is subject to changes in the real need and the number of stated measuring points. Facilities can be placed together during the delivery period and new facilities can be added. The buyer pays for the amount of energy consumed.

Due to an extremely varied spot price, the estimated value of the contract is only an estimate.
