Signing of a maintenance contract for the social and non-social rental assets of Oryon for the maintenance of individual gas boilers, valves and ventilation systems and individual and collective equipment using renewable energies.

The interventions relate to the entire rental property of the company located in the Yonnaise agglomeration (La Roche-sur-Yon and surrounding municipalities) and in Saint-Jean-de-Monts. The services relate to:

- servicing and maintenance of individual gas boilers;

- maintenance and replacement of valves;

- upkeep and maintenance of VMC installations;

- upkeep and maintenance of installations using renewable energies for the production of domestic hot water.
