The purpose of this contract is the reactive (or corrective) maintenance service of the kitchen, refrigeration and laundry equipment installations of all the residences managed by SUMAR, Serveis Públics d'Acció Social de Catalunya, M.P, S.L. Also the reactive and preventive maintenance of the calenders of the Residences of Sant Hilari, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and Begues managed by SUMAR.

Reactive maintenance service of the kitchen equipment of the residences managed by SUMAR. The technical specifications are included in the specifications.

Reactive maintenance service of the laundry equipment of the residences managed by SUMAR. The technical specifications are included in the specifications.

Reactive maintenance service of the cold room equipment of the residences managed by SUMAR. The technical specifications are included in the specifications.

Reactive and preventive maintenance service of the calenders located in the residences of Sant Hilari Sacalm, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and Begues. The technical specifications are included in the specifications.
