The Norwegian National Rail Administration invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement with several service providers

for work connected to analyses of railway capacity. The framework agreement is owned by

the Capacity Section, which is under the Strategy and Community Department in

The Norwegian National Rail Administration. The tender contest includes a rental agreement and an assignment agreement.

These agreements will include the same work tasks. Primarily this will apply to the following

work tasks:

— Develop long term tender concepts (2050);

— Develop medium term tender concepts and route models (4-15 years

ahead);

— Dimensioning the infrastructure;

— Execute obligatory capacity analyses and

Capacity improvement plans.

— Analysing the capacity utilisation;

— Develop methods for implementation of the above listed assignments;

— Act as a project support in relation to the capacity works;

— Make sure that maintenance of tools and models are attended to;

— Carry out data processing and convention;

— Carry out special assignment/other assignments related to

The Capacity Section's works.
