The main objective of the contract is: To ensure awareness and publicity for the public regarding the phased implementation of the project activities. The scope of the public procurement includes the following activities: Production, delivery and installation of permanent explanatory signs for the areas subject to intervention – 43 pieces (in the identified areas); Production and delivery of a portable information banner – 1 piece; Organizing and conducting 2 press conferences to inform about the progress of the project and ensuring media participation in organizing informational events; Preparing and publishing articles, press releases and/or advertising-information cards in regional or national print media – 2 pieces. The execution of the subject of the public procurement should be carried out in full compliance with the "Technical Specification" proposed by the Contracting Authority. This procedure is conducted according to Article 104, Paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act (the so-called "reverse order" of consideration - the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants is conducted before the preliminary selection) and according to Article 61 of the Public Procurement Regulation. After decryption by the chairperson of the commission of the offers submitted via the platform, the price proposals shall be opened together with the documents under Article 39, Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 3, Item 1 of the Public Procurement Regulation.
