The Zweckverband Nationalparktor Keltenpark is building a visitor centre with exhibition rooms and gastronomy as a starting point for visits to the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park.
The building is built as a hybrid reinforced concrete wooden frame construction with a curtain, ventilated wooden façade and shallow green roof. The special features of the structure lie in a cross-shaped floor plan with rounded interior corners, as well as partial embedding into the site, so that visitors can overcome the natural topography inside the building.
The tender includes:
Approx. 800 m2 of spatula and painting work of GK ceilings and walls, Approx. 450 m2 of painting work of StB ceilings, 650m2 of StB walls. Approx. 100m2 and 150 lfm coating of installation ducts, pipes etc. made of galvanized steel. Approx. 300 m2 of floor coatings. Painting work of 10 doors. Construction site equipment, rolling scaffolding. Approx. 140m2 of plastering work in sanitary rooms as underground preparation.
