The subject of the tender is support services in the Digital Workplace (DAP) sector. Four (4) lots are being tendered.
Service period: 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2029

Lot 1: Sub-project management and workplace packaging – two (2) roles.
Role 1 Sub-project management: approx. 5,200 hours for the entire service period, expected approx. 1,300 hours per year
Role 2 Workplace packaging: 2,000 hours for the entire service period, expected approx. 500 hours per year

Lot 2: Process consulting – one (1) role
Total volume: approx. 11,760 hours for the entire service period,
expected approx. 2,940 hours per year

Lot 3: Technical consulting – one (1) role
Total volume: approx. 2,140 hours for the entire service period,
expected approx. 535 hours per year

Lot 4: Strategic architectural consulting – one (1) role
Total volume: approx. 1,200 hours for the entire service period,
expected approx. 300 hours per year

Service provision: approx. 90% remote, approx. 10% on-site at the location in Munich, minimum acceptances are not guaranteed.

The service calls will be made annually and will be based on the specifications of the public budget
