The Ministry of Defence's Property Agency will enter into agreements with up to three consultancy firms in order of priority, which is important for the award of specific fee agreements. Fee agreements up to an estimated value of DKK 500,000.00 are generally awarded to the best priority advisor, while fee agreements with an estimated value exceeding DKK 500,000.00 are awarded by conducting mini-tenders where competition is reopened and fee agreements are awarded on the basis of the award criterion "best price-quality ratio".
The framework agreement has an estimated annual value of DKK 4.00 million, which is why the total estimated value over the entire four-year term of the framework agreement is thus DKK 16.00 million. However, the maximum annual value of the framework agreement is DKK 8.00 million, and the total maximum value over the entire four-year term of the framework agreement is therefore DKK 32.00 million. The information provided regarding the estimated and maximum value of the framework agreement is to be understood as the total value of the framework agreements with up to three consultants.
The framework agreement will enter into force once the framework agreement has been signed by both parties, but no earlier than 9 January 2024.
The framework agreement shall have a duration of four years from the entry into force of the framework agreement.
