The Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property's projects are multifarious and various in relation to scope, duration and costs. The framework agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's requirement for project management for the entire spectrum of projects. The requirement for project management services are related to construction projects at the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property's properties and other projects in connection with the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property's administration and operation of the properties, as well as internal projects. The majority of the projects (approx. nine out of ten) relates to construction projects.
