The subject of the contract is the supply of low-floor electric buses as part of the project "Development of low-emission public transport in Działdowo" – a total of 4 pcs. Buses. The required minimum parameters for the vehicles subject to the contract are detailed in Chapter II of the Terms of Contract Specification constituting an annex to the SWZ.

The delivered buses should take into account the accessibility requirements for people with disabilities in accordance with Article 100 of the PPL Act and the provisions of the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1062, as amended) and information contained in the "Guidelines on the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunities for women and men under EU funds for the years 2014-2020" developed by the Ministry of Investment and Development, and in particular Annex 2 to the Guidelines "Accessibility standards for cohesion policy 2014-2020". The subject of the contract should be carried out on the terms and conditions described in:
