The subject of the order is the successive purchase of fuels in a non-cash system using fuel cards for company cars as well as power generators and small equipment, for the following entities acting jointly:
Sopot City Hall;
City Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Sopot;
City Purification Plant in Sopot;
Road and Green Board in Sopot.
Sopot City Commune, pursuant to art. 16 clause 1 of the Public Procurement Law, is the contracting authority authorized to conduct the proceedings on behalf of other contracting entities, which are the abovementioned entities.
Contracts will be concluded by each entity separately with the contractor whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous.
The order was divided into 4 lots. The offer can only be submitted for all lots.
Purchase of fuels for cars, power generators and small equipment will be carried out in a non-cash system at the contractor's stations.

2. Municipality of the City of Sopot, pursuant to art. 16 clause 1 of the PPA, is the Employer authorized to conduct proceedings on behalf of other Employers, which are the above. Entities.

5. Currently, entities appearing jointly, meet 80-90% of needs in the field of fuel purchases within their commune. Only about 10-20% of the total needs are implemented in the form of refueling "on the road", outside the commune. Therefore, the Contractor will be required to provide the possibility of using at least one diesel and liquid fuel station, open 24 hours a day, on all days of the week, ensuring refueling of vehicles (including buses), located in the City of Sopot.
