Conclusion of a framework contract with 3 contractors for the regular and ad hoc supply of flowers and related services.

The General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union and the European Commission are intending to enter into an interinstitutional framework contract with 3 contractors for:

— the regular delivery (weekly and monthly) of floral decorations for the reception and representation areas as well as for formal and working meals,

— the ad hoc delivery of floral decorations when there are European Council meetings or other similar events,

— the delivery of ad hoc orders for bouquets or roses for specific events,

— the delivery of funeral wreaths.

Floral decoration consists of fresh cut and uncut flowers, arranged in particular floral compositions, bouquets, displays, table centrepieces or small table decorations.
