The objective of the procurement is to establish an agreement about new websites with associated CMS for the following agencies:
— A The Civil Ombudsman;
— B National Institute for Human Rights.
The CMS procured should be the same for both A and B, but the websites should each have their own unique identity, design and address.
A's website was created in 2008. B's website was created with the establishment of B in 2015. The procured websites should have new content architecture, functionality and graphic expression. The graphic expression shall be developed in collaboration with the existing partner for design and graphic services, and be based on the existing graphic profile.
The procurement shall take into account A and B's need for publication of content to the target groups and comprise the following:
— Technical platform and implementation of this, as well as migration of some of the content from the current websites and a separate database;
— Consulting and development of new and improved functions;
— Consulting and development of new content architecture;
— Training of publishers and web-editors;
— Technical maintenance, support and user support of CMS.
