Oslo T-banedrift AS (undergrounds in Oslo) and Oslotrikken AS (Oslo Trams) will acquire uniforms for all of the uniformed personnel. The current uniforms were designed and introduced in 2010 and there shall not be any changes made to the uniforms.

The acquisition applies to the uniforms for approximately 1000 employees. We have a general uniform for both companies with some small differences that reflect each company's identity. Initial delivery for all of the employees took place in 2010 and the agreement applies to the replenishment as needed, as well as the full uniform package for new employees. It is reflected in a framework agreement for 2 years, with an option for extensions by one year two times. Suppliers must be able to provide a system for the distribution and storage of uniforms. The uniform consists of a complete year round uniform (winter / summer uniform). It must be possible to supply several kinds of garments, if the need should arise during the contract period. Deliveries will include all sizes and tailoring.

The Awarding Authority reserves the right to limit the number of bidders (minimum 5). The restriction will be based on the best qualified bidders. In the quality assurance system we ask suppliers complete the form which is attached to this announcement. We would further note that registration for this competition involves that a supplier submits all the documents requested in III-2, and a completed quality assurance form.
