The town, the CPAS and the RCA of Chaumont-Gistoux seek for its staff and possibly the members of their family, an insurance company to conclude a collective insurance covering:

- the expenses related to the hospitalization, including the One Day Clinic, the serious diseases and the pre (30 days) and post (90 days) operation,

- ambulatory care (illness, accident, pregnancy) not exposed during hospitalization,

- outpatient dental care.

Content of the contract

The purpose of the market is:

- provide extended health care coverage (hospitalization, outpatient and dental) coverage for its staff,

- offer their family members the same advantageous coverage.

Overview

Hospital insurance: obtain a collective health care hospitalization insurance for its personnel, which must include the One Day Clinic, the pre-hospitalization (30 days) and the post-hospitalization (90 days), as well as a list of serious illnesses.

Ambulatory care insurance: obtain a group insurance covering ambulatory care (illness, accident, pregnancy) not exposed during hospitalization in addition to the hospitalization insurance.

Dental insurance: obtain group insurance covering dental care in addition to hospitalization and ambulatory care insurance.

Expected date of entry into force of the contract: 1.7.2019 at the latest.

(Mandatory option): the possibility for members of the worker's family to be affiliated, at their own expense, with hospitalization, outpatient and dental care insurance.
