The tender concerns a washing and rental solution of mats for the contracting entity.

For a detailed description of the services offered, including the requirements the services must meet, please refer to the framework agreement, Appendix 2 – Tender list, Appendix 4 – Requirements specification and any document: Questions, answers and changes to the material.

All municipal institutions and entities may use the agreement, with the exceptions mentioned below, as well as any exceptions mentioned in Appendix 1 – Signature Annex.

Odense Municipality, Herning Municipality, Sønderborg Municipality and Vejle Municipality participate solely on logo mats and children's mats as an option. Thus, the municipalities cannot use the agreement to buy nylon and microfiber mats, but are free to buy nylon and microfiber mats. Whether they want to use the agreement for logo and children's mats or not.

The framework agreement has a maximum value for the entire agreement period of DKK 100,000,000.
