The subject of the contract is the maintenance of the waters of the Wawer Canal at km 0+000 - 12+021, located in the capital city of Warsaw, in the years 2023-2025.
The subject of the contract is the maintenance of the waters of the Wawer Canal at km 0+000 - 12+021, located in the capital city of Warsaw, in the years 2023-2025.
The scope of the contract includes:
1) performing two works related to the maintenance of the waters of the Wawer Canal per year (double maintenance),
2) ongoing and intervention cleaning works in the watercourse bed and its immediate surroundings – for the duration of the contract, covered by the contract.
The detailed scope of works is specified in the "Offer valuation form" (in the form of a bill of quantities), which constitutes Annex 8 to the SWZ. "Description of the subject of the contract", containing information on the scope and conditions of performance of the contract, constitutes Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. The model agreement is attached as Annex 6 to the SWZ. The map with the marked location is attached as Annex 10 to the SWZ.
Implementation of the service in the years 2023 - 2025: a total of 21 months (in 2023 - 5 months, in 2024 - 8 months, in 2025 - 8 months), including:
a) I maintenance in 2023 – commencement of the implementation of the subject of the contract within 5 days from the date of protocol transfer of the land by the Contracting Authority, completion within 30 days from the date of commencement of the task. And conservation can not begin before the execution of environmental surveillance,
b) I maintenance in the years 2024 - 2025 – commencement of the implementation of the subject of the contract on May 1, but no later than May 15, completion no later than June 30. And conservation can not begin before the execution of environmental surveillance,
c) II conservation in the years 2023 - 2025 – commencement not earlier than 1 September each year, but not later than 15 September each year, completion no later than 30 October each year,
d) current and intervention cleaning works in 2023 – within 5 days from the date of protocol transfer of the land by the Contracting Authority by 15 November,
e) current and intervention cleaning works in the years 2024 - 2025 - from March 15 to November 15.
NOTE: The period of service provision in 2023 may change in the event of a prolonged procedure related to the award of the contract (e.g. appeals by other contractors).
