This call for tenders concerns the supply, delivery and associated services of products and equipment for maintenance and hygiene for the needs of the municipality of La Seyne-sur-Mer in the department of Var (83).
Single use itemsThis lot will give rise to the establishment of a framework order form agreement, in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 2, R. 2162-13 to 14 of the public procurement code, namely an agreement -Framework concluded with a single economic operator who will carry out as and when order forms are issued without negotiation or reopening of competition on the basis of the prices of the Estimated Quantitative Unit Price Schedules (BPUQE) and on the basis of the catalog prices specific to each lot, within the limits set below:
