Award procedure: the award procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code. Type of contract: this framework agreement for subsequent contracts is concluded without a minimum or maximum amount and is entered into in application of Articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the public order code. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of three economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders).

This lot corresponds to the supply of all spare parts that can be replaced on the passenger car fleet. All light vehicles with 2, 3, 4 or 5 doors used for passenger transport are understood as passenger cars.

This lot corresponds to the supply of all the spare parts that can be replaced on the commercial vehicle fleet. Commercial vehicles are understood to be all light vehicles, with 2, 3, 4 or 5 doors and used for the transport of equipment and materials, as well as the minibuses and buses of the fleet of the city of Conflans-Sainte-Honorine. These vehicles can be sheet metal, with a tipper, a box.

This lot corresponds to the supply of all the fluids contained in the vehicles of the fleet of the city of Conflans-Sainte-Honorine. This includes brake fluids, coolants, windshield washer fluids, engine oils, gearbox oils, axle oils, AdBlue. This list is not exhaustive.

This lot corresponds to the supply of tires, valves, balancing seals and rims on all vehicles present in the fleet of the city of Conflans-Sainte-Honorine.

This lot corresponds to the supply of all the spare parts that can be replaced on the fleet of agricultural machinery (tractors - mowers) and construction machinery (backhoe loaders, excavators).
