Description:

Procedure 5/2022 – Delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations on selected buildings of artistic education in Poland

1. The subject of the contract is the sale together with the delivery, assembly and commissioning of 24 sets of brand new photovoltaic installations on / in selected properties / buildings of artistic education in Poland. The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting partial tenders according to the division described in Annex 7 to the SWZ.

2. The detailed scope of the work (description of the subject of the order) is included in Annex 7 to the swz.

3. The Contracting Authority authorizes the possibility of submitting partial tenders according to the breakdown set out in Annex No 7 to the swz.

1. The object of the order is the sale, together with the delivery and installation and commissioning of 4 sets of new PV installations on/in selected properties/buildings of art education in Poland. The item of the order will be delivered and assembled on the property located at n/in the addresses:

a) Karol Szymanowski State School of Music in Circle - 62-600 Koło, 11 Sienkiewicza Street;

b) State School of Music 1st cycle in Pleszew - 63-300 Pleszew, Polish Army Al. 7;

c) Wenceslaus State School of Music I and Second cycle of Szamotule in Szamotule - 64-500 Szamotuły, 3 May 8 Street;

d) State Music School of First cycle in Zgierz, 95-100 Zgierz, 2 Sokołowska Street.

2. The subject of the order includes the delivery of equipment and installation components, the installation installation installation on site with accompanying infrastructure and connection to the internal power system, and the installation and instruction of users.

3. The detailed scope of the work (description of the subject of the order) is included in Annex 7 to the swz.

4. The expected duration of the contract - from the date of signing the contract (approximately 22.08.2022) to 11.10.2022, i.e. within 50 days, whereby the physical implementation of the subject of the order on site at the facility, including the target installation of devices / installations, configuration and commissioning along with training for a single location will not last longer than 3 working days. It is not allowed that without a justified reason the Contractor interrupts the commenced work in the scope of one location.

The item of the order will be delivered and assembled on the property located at n/in the addresses:

(a) Artur Rubinstein State School of Music School in Bydgoszcz - 85-080 Bydgoszcz, 1 Andrzej Szwalbe Street;

b) G. G. Gorczycki State Music School in Chełmno - 86-20 Chełmno, 3 Świętojerska Street;

c) The team of the State Music Schools in Gniezno (Building Mieszka I No. 20) - 62-200 Gniezno, Mieszka I No. 20 Street;

d) The team of the State Music Schools in Gniezno (Building Mieszka I No. 64) - 62-200 Gniezno, Mieszka I No. 64 Street;

e) State Bursa of Art Schools in Poznań - 61-736 Poznań, 1 Hejmowskiego Street.

3. The detailed scope of the work (description of the subject of the order) is included in Annex 7 to the swz.

4. The expected duration of the contract - from 01.06.2022 until 30/7.2022, i.e. within 60 days, with physical implementation of the object of the order on site in the facility, including the target installation of equipment/installations, configuration and commissioning with carrying out training for single location will not last more than 3 working days. Without reasonable reason, the Contractor shall not be allowed to stop the work started in the scope of one location.

a) State Music School of the first degree in Lidzbark Warmiński - 11-100 Lidzbark Warmiński, Orła Biały 10;

b) State Music School of the first degree in Sierpc - 09-200 Sierpc, 4 Armii Krajowej Street;

c) Emil Młynarski State Music School of the first degree in Augustów - 16-300 Augustów, 1 Wybickiego Street.

(a) Wojciech Kilar State School of Music in Dzierżoniów - 58-200 Dzierżoniów, 11 H. Sienkiewicz Street;

b) Piotr Świerc State School of Music in Krapkowice - 47-300 Krapkowice, Krawiecka Street 1;

c) Stanisław Moniuszko State School of Music in Słubice - 69-100 Słubice, Wojska Polskiego 142 Street;

d) Jerzy Heller State School of Music in Głuchołazy - 48-340 Głuchołazy, 2 Herhaterów Warsaw Street;

e) Ignacy Jan Paderewski State School of Music in Sycow - 56-500 Syców Street Waryńskiego 2 A.

3. The detailed scope of the work (description of the subject of the order) is included in Annex 7 to the swz.

4. The expected duration of the contract - from the date of signing the contract (approximately 22.08.2022) to 01.11.2022, i.e. within 70 days, whereby the physical implementation of the subject of the order on site at the facility, including the target assembly of devices / installations, configuration and commissioning along with training for a single location will not last longer than 3 working days. It is not allowed that without a justified reason the Contractor interrupts the commenced work in the scope of one location.

b) Ludomir Różycki State School of Music in Myślenice - 32-400 Myślenice, 16 Zdrojowa Street;

c) Jan Matejko Plastic High School in Nowy Wiśnicz - 32-720 Nowy Wiśnicz, 6 Bocheńska Street.

4. The expected duration of the contract - from 05.09.2022 to 25.10.2022, i.e. within 50 days, whereby the physical implementation of the subject of the order on site at the facility, including the target assembly of devices / installations, configuration and commissioning along with training for a single location will not last longer than 3 working days. It is not allowed that without a justified reason the Contractor interrupts the commenced work in the scope of one location.

It is not allowed that without a justified reason the Contractor interrupts the commenced work in the scope of one location.
