The subject of the contract is the delivery of a system enabling the management of technical documentation, supporting processes related to the inventory of water and sewage networks, consisting of: 1. the System of Digitization of Technical Documentation (SDD) under which the process of digitization of the Ordering Party's documents will be carried out, 2. Technical Documentation Management System (SZD), enabling the management of documentation in electronic form.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a system enabling the management of technical documentation, supporting processes related to the inventory of water and sewage networks, consisting of: 1. the System of Digitization of Technical Documentation (SDD) under which the process of digitization of the Ordering Party's documents will be carried out (in the amount specified in Annex 8b to the SWZ). The contractor will provide, install and configure the environment (operating system and required software) to implement the SDD. As part of the project, the Contractor will design, manufacture and implement software to manage the process of digitization of the documentation of the Ordering Party SDD. This system will manage the entire process of digitization of documentation, supervise the quality parameters of digital copy files, enable integration with the DMS and integrate data from external systems such as GIS in order to manage digital documentation in relation to the existing GIS map. One of the key functions of the system will be a module for developing and managing metadata for supported documents (document imprints). 2. Technical Documentation Management System (SZD), enabling the management of documentation in electronic form. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter OPZ), constituting Annexes No. 8 to the SWZ.
