Powys County Council invited applications from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for a Contract, to run for three years (with an option to extend for a further 24 months). Contractors were required to be Constructionline registered and CHAS compliant (or equivalent).

The Contract may be used by other service areas in the Council, Ceredigion County Council and the Powys Teaching Health Board.
