North Sea Port is looking for one or more partners to perform engineering services for infrastructure design, execution and repair work. The assignments under this framework agreement come from the infrastructure department divided into a cluster asset management responsible for management and maintenance, and a cluster of projects focused on new construction projects.

The service to be delivered varies from feasibility work to execution guidance, or parts thereof. This includes activities for object repair and advice on them.

The assignments include (but are not limited to):

- layout of sketch designs, pre-designs and/or final designs (both calculations and drawings);

- estimates based on both key numbers and detail estimates;

- determine the required ground research (e.g. mili... (see command documents)

In addition to the headings listed in the general explanatory memorandum, this plot includes the following activities:

- design of structural elements (e.g. pipe piles, fenders, anchoring structures, bollards, drainages, ... );

- designs of soil and/or sebum protection;

- designs of cademwalls, scaffolding, dolphins, anchored buoys, floating pontoons,...

- recalculation of existing structures and designs of new structures (stability) (cademwalls, scaffolding, dolphins, anchored buoys, floating pontoons, ... );

- calculations for use of cranes and other equipment on e.g. quays;

- assessing submitted inspection results of underwater infrastructure, such as visual inspections, concrete research, wood samples, EIS measurements, sidescans,...

- advice on water floor, dredging, soil protection (desoil);

- perform mooring analysis;

- proposals for corrosion inspection, inspection assessment, proposal for corrosion protection techniques to be applied, stability calculation and residual life calculations based on inspections carried out;
