Project management for the demolition of the "La Brétouze" home with 294 rooms made up of three buildings in R + 3 and a central common space in Oyonnax. The work consists of the demolition by nibbling of all the buildings and the purging of the foundations and all the networks up to the property line. Land rehabilitation is planned.

The project management mission is made up of the following elements:

- diagnosis prior to demolition;

- waste audit, project studies (PRO);

- Assistance provided to the client for the award of works contracts (ACT);

- Direction of the execution of the contract (s) (DET);

- Assistance provided to the client during acceptance operations (AOR); and

- Scheduling, piloting and coordination (OPC).

The consultation is aimed at a project manager or a project management team with skills in: asbestos removal, demolition and disconnection of networks, surface planning and restoration. The contract is concluded at a firm and final fixed overall price in application of the provisions of articles R. 2112-6 to R. 2112-8 of the public order code. The market takes effect and runs from the receipt of the notification by the holder.
