The subject of this contract is the manufacture and supply of placebos for medicinal products (escitalopram, naltrexone and paroxetine) and the blinding, repackaging and labelling of medicinal products/placebos with their release for use in a non-commercial clinical trial and disposal of unused investigational medicinal products – for the purpose of the non-commercial clinical trial entitled "Pharmacological treatment of compulsive sexual behavior disorder" financed by the Medical Research Agency from the state budget, on the basis of contract No. 2022/ABM/03/00039-00.

5.1. The subject of this contract is the manufacture and supply of placebos for medicinal products (escitalopram, naltrexone and paroxetine) and the blinding, repackaging and labelling of medicinal products/placebo with their release for use in a non-commercial clinical trial and the disposal of unused investigational medicinal products – for the purpose of the non-commercial clinical trial entitled "Pharmacological treatment of compulsive sexual behaviour disorder" financed by the Medical Research Agency from the state budget, on the basis of contract No. 2022/ABM/03/00039-00.

5.2. The research centre is the Department of Psychiatry of the Medical Centre of Postgraduate Education located at the Bielański Hospital of Fr. Jerzy Popiełuszko, 80 Cegłowska Street, 01-809 Warsaw.

5.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the requirements of the Ordering Party, constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ.

5.4. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions specified in the description of the subject of the contract and the draft contract.
