In the context of the plan preparation, an EIA must be carried out in 2 phases, based on the four alternatives from the exploration. Of the preferred variant, a Project Decree and integral road design must be drawn up, including plan-bearing permits, all on the basis of the new Environmental Act (Ow).

The assignment mainly consists of conducting research, drawing up products and providing services and support to carry out the planning study.
