The object of the order is to develop a program-spatial concept together with the execution of multi-industry design and cost estimate documentation and the fulfillment of author supervision in construction works, for the planned investment, consisting in the construction of a multi-family apartment building with services in the ground floor together with accompanying infrastructure, on plot no. ew. 25/2 from within 7-06-02 and fragments of parcels no. 53, 54, 59 from within 7-06-04, located on Gen. K. S. Rudnicki Street, in the area of Bielany district of Warsaw.

The task also includes obtaining all the required conditions, decisions, consent, permits, arrangements, provisions, opinions and supervision during the construction period.
A detailed description of the needs and requirements for services which are the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 11 to the PSC.
The model contract is set out in Annex No 7 to the PSC.
However, the Contracting Authority stipulates that due to the mode of post-step (competitive dialogue), this document is preliminary (non-final) and detailed requirements will be the subject of dialogue.
During the dialogue, the Contractor may discuss with the invited contractors all the terms of the contract. The subject of the dialogue will be to work out, among other things, how to implement the order, breakdown by stages, time limits, rules of receipts, rules of liability, rules of payment, rules of liability, scope of security.
