the market consists of a firm tranche and an optional tranche. The firm phase includes 3 execution phases:1-design and realization of the new sorting center. 2- operation / maintenance of the Sorting Center of Bessières. 3- operation and maintenance of the new sorting center. The optional tranche concerns the continuation of the operation and maintenance of the new sorting centre, under the same conditions as phase 3, for a period of one (1) year renewable once by express decision of the contracting authority
