Molde Eiendom KF invites tenderers to a tender contest for the Årølia school project. The project is divided in three contests.

This call for tenders includes the contract E01 Foundation works and involves preparing the construction site and laying water and sewage pipes. The contest will be carried out as an open tender contest. The contract is based on the NS8405 standard.

Molde municipality shall construct the new Årølia school for the years 1 to 7, with a capacity of 392 students. The school shall be located at Årø, at the property with cadastral number/title number 36/49, Molde municipality.

It is an expressed wish that Årølia school, in addition to educational purposes, should be included in the local community as a cultural arena. Sections of the areas must be co-used and must safeguard different functions of the areas. The areas that are subject to co-use must be adapted to the users in regard to functionality, locations, logistics, acoustics and technical solutions. Included in the works are the establishment of a new gymnasium.

Works on the construction of the school building and outdoor works are published as separate tender contests. The school building contract is published in the E02 Turnkey contract and is carried out concurrently. The contract for outdoor works will be published after the summer holiday.
