Services Risk management for the new construction of the South Spidols Hospital in Esch-sur-Alzette (L). The completion of the services is planned for 2030/2031. The Centre Hospitalier Emile Mayrisch (CHEM) is planning an innovative and future-oriented hospital with the construction of a new hospital with around 600 beds in the south of Luxembourg. The gross floor area of the planned hospital is around 120,000 m2.
