The subject of the order is the successive collection and further management of waste, an intermediate for the production of alternative fuel (waste code 19 12 12) from the Regional Municipal Waste Management Plant in Wola Pawłowska. The offered method of managing components for RDF production must comply with applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 992, 1000 , 1479, 1544, 1564, 1592).

3.1. The subject of the order is the successive collection and further management of waste, an intermediate for the production of alternative fuel (waste code 19 12 12) from the Regional Municipal Waste Management Plant in Wola Pawłowska. The offered method of managing components for RDF production must comply with applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 992, 1000 , 1479, 1544, 1564, 1592).

3.2. The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the contract period will be no more than 5,000 Mg (subject to the possibility of transferring a smaller amount during the contract period, but not less than 1,000 Mg). The estimated monthly amount of waste is estimated at around 830 Mg.

3.3. The Employer reserves the right to transfer less waste during the contract period and the Contractor shall not make any claims in this respect.

3.3. Waste intended for further use arises on a sorting line on which unsorted municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and raw material waste (from groups 15 and 20) are sorted. The waste is baled on the press in the form of cubes with dimensions of 80x100x150 cm, bound constantly with 3.2 mm thick wire. The average volume density of waste is 480 kg / m3.

3.4. Acceptance of components for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) will take place from Monday to Friday in the amount specified in the unit order sent by e-mail (or fax) or by phone to the representative of the Contractor. The collection of components for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) will take place from the RZGOK in Wola Pawłowska commune Ciechanów. The component is loaded by the Employer. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on the legalized scales of the Employer or the Contractor.

3.5. The Contractor after the end of each month will confirm the amount of alternative fuel production (RDF) components received for use on the Waste Transfer Cards issued by the Employer or on KPO for each course.

3.6. The detailed scope of the Contractor's rights and obligations is governed by the Draft Contract (Annex 9 to the ToR).
