The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance of rainwater drainage in the city of Rzeszów

I). The subject of the contract is the current maintenance of rainwater sewage system in the city of Rzeszów:

- the total length of rainwater drainage is – 453 000,45 m,

- number of rain collector outlets – 336,

- number of rainwater pumping stations – 4

Size/Range

The scope of works will include:

1. cleaning of storm water drains and road inlets as well as covered sections of streams and ditches along with waste utilization,

2. performing minor repair services on the rainwater drainage,

3. on-call duty related to the proper maintenance of the storm water drainage, securing the place of failure,

4. issuing technical conditions for the discharge of rainwater and meltwater to the storm water drainage, making technical acceptance of newly constructed sections of rainwater drainage and issuing assurances regarding rainwater collection and issuing information on the inability to include rainwater drainage in the network,

5. Current maintenance and operation of the reservoir retention system and rainwater pumping station.

II). A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall specify:

- draft provisions of the public procurement contract and annexes (as below)

- Appendix No. 1 – current maintenance of storm water drainage system – detailed description of the subject of the contract,

- Appendix No. 2 – current repairs of storm water drainage system – detailed description of the subject of the contract,

- Appendix No. 3 – basic order price form,

- Appendix No. 4 – quantity form of the order according to the right of option.

III). The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law in the amount of up to PLN 40,000.00 net.

1. Determination of the subject of the service related to the current maintenance of the storm water drainage system and the performance of current repairs of this sewage system.

2. Scope of services: repetition of similar services specified in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 to the draft provisions of the public procurement contract.

3. Conditions under which the contracts will be awarded: the contract will be awarded on the basis of one or more contracts while maintaining the unit prices specified in Annex 3 to the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, if the Contracting Authority will have secured funds.
