The subject of the contract are construction works related to thermomodernization carried out in: Music School Complex in Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz.

The description of the subject of the contract is, in accordance with the requirements of art. 31 of the PPL Act, design documentation and technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works. The documentation consists of files in folders to which access has been indicated in the announcement on the Employer's website devoted to the proceedings.

The subject of the contract are construction works related to thermomodernization carried out in: Music School Complex in Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz, ul. Dmowskiego 16 B, 80-264 Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz.

The description of the subject of the contract is, in accordance with the requirements of art. 31 of the PPL Act, design documentation and technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works. The documentation consists of files in folders to which access has been indicated in the announcement on the Employer's website devoted to the proceedings.

In particular, the Contractor is required to perform the following works:

a) insulation of foundation walls and above-ground walls;

b) replacement of external woodwork;

c) insulation of floors on the ground;

d) roof insulation;

e) replacement of the central heating and hot utility water installations;

f) construction of mechanical ventilation installations;

g) construction of technological heat installations;

h) replacement of internal electrical installation;

i) construction of a photovoltaic installation.

The Employer recommends that Contractors make (at their own expense, within the deadlines agreed with the facility director) a site visit.

These proceedings constitute an element of the project implemented by the Employer - the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage - the Center for Artistic Education in Warsaw. "Comprehensive energy modernization of selected state-owned artistic education institutions in Poland" co-financed from EU funds under the OPI & E 2014-2020, Priority I - Reducing the emission of the economy, Measure 1.3 - Supporting energy efficiency, intelligent energy management and the use of renewable energy sources in public infrastructure, in including in public buildings and in the housing sector.
