The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with a total annual estimated volume of 1 283 768 kWh in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 for the Municipality of Gniezno and organizational units.

1. The Contracting Authority authorized to conduct the procedure and award the contract is the Municipality of Gniezno.

2. A detailed list of entities that are the Ordering Party in the proceedings in question:

2) Primary School in Modliszewko

3) Primary School in Zdziechów

4) Primary School in Szczytniki Duchowne

5) Kindergarten of the Municipality of Gniezno in Zdziechów

6) Primary School in Janków Dolny

7) Primary School in Goślinów

8) Nursery in Zdziechów

3. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with a total annual estimated volume of 1 283 768 kWh in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 for the Municipality of Gniezno and organizational units.

Estimated amount of energy broken down by tariff groups:

a) tariff group Cxx – approx. 1 273 435 kWh

b) tariff group Gxx – approx. 10 333,00 kWh

4. A detailed description and scope of the contract are set out in Annex A to the SWZ.

5. The Contractor must have concluded and binding an agreement, i.e. the so-called General Distribution Agreement, with the local Distribution System Operator (hereinafter: DSO), on the basis of which they can sell electricity through the distribution network of this DSO to all the Ordering Party's facilities indicated in Annex A to SWZ.

6. The proceedings have not been divided into parts. The division of the contract into lots could lead to excessive costs of performing the contract, and the need to coordinate the actions of the different economic operators performing the different lots could seriously jeopardise the proper performance of the contract. The absence of a division of the contract into lots does not limit the access to the contract for any economic operator, and economies of scale allow favourable prices to be obtained.
