The subject of the contract is a framework agreement for strategic consulting, conception and implementation in the field of online marketing.

The KBS therefore intends to award the services described in more detail below in the form of a framework agreement for a total period of four years. The order value is estimated at 150,000.00 euros/net per calendar year, the maximum value is a maximum of 175,000.00 euros/net per calendar year. Based on a contract term of four years, the upper limit of the framework agreement amounts to 700,000.00 euros plus the statutory value added tax, i.e. regardless of the period of four years, the contract ends with immediate effect as soon as this upper limit is reached. There is no obligation to call it off.

The scope of the services to be provided under the contract is as follows:

- Strategic consulting, conception and implementation in the field of online marketing

- Strategic consulting, conception and implementation in the area of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Strategic consulting and conception with regard to the modernization of the

Website knappschaft.de and magazin.knappschaft.de (e.g. structure, advice on channel strategy, conversion optimization)

- Continuation of the work already initiated for the websites knappschaft.de and magazin.knappschaft.de

- Content creation and implementation in the CMS for the already mentioned pages
