At the level of the Contracting Entity, for proper monitoring of the water consumption flow, reducing water losses from meters with remote reading, and ensuring adequate conditions for the activities carried out by S.C. Compania de Utilitati Publice Dunarea Braila. SA, there is a need to replace some meters with remote reading. Therefore, the Contracting Entity intends to purchase turbine water meters. Thus, the Contracting Entity will make a significant contribution to the operation of daily activities within its operational area. The technical data is described in the specifications document.
Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 21 days. The contracting entity will respond to clarification requests submitted in due time, 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with the provisions of art.29, para.(3) of HG no.394/2016, the contracting entity will respond only to clarification requests addressed by economic operators until the established deadline.
In the event that one or more of the established dates fall on a non-working day, the next working day immediately following those dates will be considered, provided that the minimum 10-day period before the deadline for submitting offers is observed. If the minimum 10-day period cannot be respected, the response will be published on the day prior to those dates.

Through this purchase, the Contracting Entity intends to acquire turbine water meters DN 15 without a radio module, turbine water meters DN 20 without a radio module, turbine water meters DN 15 equipped with a radio module, according to the specifications in the specifications document. Thus, the contracting entity will make a significant contribution to the operation of daily activities, both in the Municipality of Braila and in the localities of Braila County.
