Call for applications for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the purchase of phaco devices with accessories and associated custom packs.

This contract is a contract for the conclusion of a framework contract for deliveries within the meaning of Article 3, 3 O of the Public Procurement Act and certain contracts for works, supplies and services from 15-6-2006.

Object of the framework agreement:

Call for applications for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the purchase of Phaco devices with accessories and associated custom packs.

AZ Zeno wishes to conclude a framework agreement for 7 years with several participants in view of the continuous and sometimes urgent needs within the ophthalmology department.

In the first instance, AZ Zeno will conclude a framework agreement with this tender with the tenderers who meet the conditions set out in the specifications.

Later, the selected participants in the framework agreement for specific sub-contracts will be re-competed via mini competitions.

The partial assignments concern the purchase or leasing of appliances, with after-sales service and appliance-bound (dedicated) consumables.

Tenderers to the framework agreement undertake to integrate new technological evolutions between the award in the mini competitions and the final installation in the installation to be carried out. Tenderers also undertake to enable new technological evolutions during the term of the contract concluded with the mini competitions. For this, service team meetings will be organized at regular intervals so that the creation of accessories and custom packs can be adjusted in time.

Possible partial assignments (non-binding and non-exhaustive list):

The assignment concerns in the first instance the purchase of a phaco device including the device-related consumables and custom packs.

Depending on the evolution in ophthalmological practice, purchases for phaco devices can follow later. For this, a mini competition will be organized again among the selected candidates.
