The purpose of this consultation is the provision, implementation and maintenance of an urban video surveillance system and an interconnection network on the territory of the Municipality of Bois-Guillaume. The description of the supplies and their technical specifications are indicated in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) for each lot. Place of performance: The territory of the Commune of Bois-Guillaume (76230). In accordance with Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, the contract resulting from this consultation is, for each lot, a framework agreement with a single operator covering the following annual amounts of orders: minimum / no maximum. These amounts are identical for each renewal period.

The project involves equipping all the selected sites and unifying them into a coherent and computerically supervised whole, installing, configuring and putting into service the wireless links (radio) and the system thus created for urban videoprotection.

The system will also require dedicated high-speed fiber optic links from the various sites in order to repatriate the streams from the cameras to the centralized registration point.
