In Mauerstetten, a new sports campus with a sports hall and outdoor sports areas will be built in three construction phases. The first section to be realized (from August 2019) is the hall including parking spaces. The outdoor sports areas in the south are to be realized at a later date.

In the basement the building consists of a 3-field hall with equipment room, three double changing rooms and 2 multi-purpose rooms, each approx. 160 m 2 which can also be accessed externally via a deep courtyard. On the ground floor there are the outside changing rooms (facing south towards the newly planned sports areas), several offices as well as the grandstand with a sports club for up to 400 people and a catering kitchen.

The building is constructed as a reinforced concrete structure with a metal roof on a wooden structure and a ventilated wooden facade as the outer skin. Typical building styles are cited both externally and internally.

- 325 m 2 Interior surfaces of plasterboard walls, partly wallpapered with dispersion paint,

- 1 610 m 2 Paint plasterboard ceilings (smooth and perforated),

- Paint 285 m2 concrete ceilings with emulsion paint.

- 67 frames 16 door leaves coating work,

- 174 m 2 Floor coating epoxy resin paint,

- 820 m 2 Floor coating dust-binding impregnation,

- 3 100 m of joints and connection joints.
